Temps de changement\u00a0\u00bb (Equal Future Audit. Changemakers). L\u2019axe du projet est la formation et la transformation des auditeurs en interm\u00e9diaires pour la mise en \u0153uvre des innovations dans les strat\u00e9gies et l\u2019audit de leurs institutions.<\/p>\n<p>2 repr\u00e9sentants de 25 ISC (15 anglophones et 10 hispanophones) seront s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s lors de la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape.\u00a0Un repr\u00e9sentant sera form\u00e9 \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation et \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre d\u2019une strat\u00e9gie de changement de l\u2019institution, le second plongera plus en d\u00e9tail dans le processus d\u2019audit des changements.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Le projet couvre 6 domaines cl\u00e9s de changement\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">&#8211; \u00e9radication de la pauvret\u00e9<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">&#8211; \u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">&#8211; \u00e9thique<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">&#8211; migration<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">&#8211; \u00e2ge<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">&#8211; handicap et infirmit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Il est pr\u00e9vu qu\u2019\u00e0 la fin du projet, un groupe d\u2019audit sp\u00e9cifique de personnes responsables du changement sera cr\u00e9\u00e9, ce qui conduira \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9laboration de strat\u00e9gies de changement et \u00e0 l\u2019audit du changement au niveau des ISC participantes.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Les candidats qui terminent avec succ\u00e8s la formation recevront le dipl\u00f4me IDI \u00ab\u00a0Avenir d\u2019audit \u00e9gal.
