{"id":46719,"date":"2025-02-10T16:07:12","date_gmt":"2025-02-10T13:07:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/u-intosai.org\/non-classifiee\/pasai-runs-hr-championship-training-program\/"},"modified":"2025-02-28T16:30:04","modified_gmt":"2025-02-28T13:30:04","slug":"pasai-a-lance-un-programme-de-formation-dans-le-domaine-du-developpement-humain","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/u-intosai.org\/fr\/nouvelles\/pasai-a-lance-un-programme-de-formation-dans-le-domaine-du-developpement-humain\/","title":{"rendered":"PASAI A Lanc\u00e9 Un Programme De Formation Dans Le Domaine Du D\u00e9veloppement Humain"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L&rsquo;Association des institutions sup\u00e9rieures de contr\u00f4le du Pacifique (PASAI) a lanc\u00e9 un programme de formation dans le domaine du d\u00e9veloppement humain (PASAI HR Championship).<\/p>\n<p>Une \u00e9tude r\u00e9cente de la PASAI a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que la plupart des ISC en d\u00e9veloppement dans la r\u00e9gion ne disposent pas de ressources suffisantes pour g\u00e9rer efficacement les ressources humaines.<\/p>\n<p>Pour am\u00e9liorer la situation dans la r\u00e9gion, la PASAI en coop\u00e9ration avec des experts de l&rsquo;ISC de Su\u00e8de a mis en \u0153uvre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pasai.org\/blog\/2025\/1\/22\/strengthening-enduring-capabilities-requires-continuous-learning-and-collaboration?ss_source=sscampaigns&amp;ss_campaign_id=67905b64f525e83a7c818956&amp;ss_email_id=679069daebdc6100067fcb9f&amp;ss_campaign_name=Blog+post%3A+Strengthening+enduring+capabilities+in+HR&amp;ss_campaign_sent_date=2025-01-22T03%3A45%3A42Z\">un programme r\u00e9gional de formation<\/a> de cinq ans.<\/p>\n<p>Premi\u00e8rement, la PASAI a organis\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape de formation de 18 mois pour les services des ressources humaines des ISC.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;objectif du programme \u00e9tait de renforcer les capacit\u00e9s des responsables des ressources humaines des ISC.<\/p>\n<p>La repr\u00e9sentante de l&rsquo;ISC de Tuvalu, Mme Selai Managreve, a partag\u00e9 son exp\u00e9rience de participation au programme.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019issue du programme, les r\u00e9alisations strat\u00e9giques suivantes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9es pour l\u2019ISC de Tuvalu :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00c9laboration d&rsquo;une nouvelle strat\u00e9gie RH de l&rsquo;ISC ;<\/li>\n<li>Mise \u00e0 jour de la politique de recrutement ;<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9laboration d&rsquo;une politique globale du personnel de l&rsquo;ISC pour 2024-2028.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dans <a href=\"https:\/\/www.intosaicbc.org\/a-step-towards-independence-my-journey-in-the-pasai-hr-championship-program\/\">la version compl\u00e8te<\/a> de l\u2019article de Mme Managreve on peut trouver les d\u00e9tails de la participation au programme.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L&rsquo;Association des institutions sup\u00e9rieures de contr\u00f4le du Pacifique (PASAI) a lanc\u00e9 un programme de formation dans le domaine du d\u00e9veloppement humain (PASAI HR Championship).
