SAI Philippines Analyzed Programs and Projects

The SAI of the Philippines held a conference on the results of the implementation of its programs and initiatives within the framework of the strategic plan for 2023-2029. The event was held in Batangas and gathered about 122 participants, including senior officials and members of the Strategy Committee.
The strategic plan of the SAI includes five main objectives:
- Improving the quality and timeliness of the audit
- Improvement of public accounting services
- Improving the functions of release from punishment and investigation
- Strengthen support for operations
- Improve the overall administration and support services.
63 initiatives and 73 main results are being implemented within the framework of these goals. The conference participants discussed the achievements, including the completion of the self-assessment of the system for measuring the effectiveness of supreme audit institutions.
