The course was developed by the Control and Accounts Chamber of the Chelyabinsk Region with the participation of the Chelyabinsk State University.
The course is based on the experience of the Control and Accounts Chamber of the Chelyabinsk Region in implementing the activities of the personnel service of the competency-based approach to human resource management.
During the course, speakers will share practical experience in developing a model of professional competencies for employees and building the capacity of auditors.
