AFROSAI-E and GIZ Strategic Session on the Public Finance Management Reporting System
The Public Financial Management Reporting Framework (PFM RF) has long been actively gaining an international reputation as a reliable additional tool for high-quality diagnostics.
The English-speaking subgroup of the Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions of Africa (AFROSAI-E) and the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) held a strategic session in Pretoria (South Africa) in January 2022 to assess the global strategic positioning and impact of the PFM-RF tool in the region.
The guest of honor of the session was Mrs. Nancy Gathungu, Auditor General of Kenya. Nancy Gatkhungu is one of the key participants in the implementation of the PFM-RF tool in the activities of the SAI, she played an important role in ensuring broad support for this tool.
