INTOSAI Development Initiative Discussed Issues of SAI’s Independence in Hague

The INTOSAI Development Initiative (IDI) participated in the World Justice Forum held in June 2022.

Within the framework of the Forum IDI representatives held a round table on issues and current trends in the field of accountability.

The discussion was attended by representatives of the Transparency International, the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, the General Secretariat of INTOSAI and the SAI Netherlands.

During the meeting, the importance of independent SAIs in ensuring effective public administration and accountability was discussed.
