OLACEFS Invites to the Online Seminar on Citizens' Participation in Government Control

The OLACEFS Commission on Civic Participation, chaired by SAI Peru has developed a course on “Education of Trainers and Trainers in Citizen Participation Strategies”.

The aim of the course is to help participants develop the necessary competencies to serve as civil engagement coordinators through the use of resources and methodological tools.

The main topics of the course were planning of educational activities, communication with citizens, participation of citizens in audit processes, use of evaluation tools, as well as the process of stakeholder involvement.

The course was successfully completed by representatives of 17 SAIS of OLACEFS as full members; and representatives of 2 audit organizations as associate members.
