SAI Angola considers the competence of its employees to be one of the criteria for effective organization. SAI management actively enhances the potential of its employees. So, in 2022, the SAI conducted 20 training events, which were attended by more than 75% of employees.
In 2022, a lot of work was done by SAI Angola, to introduce a digital process in auditing activities and compatibility with all digital systems of public administration.
The SAI works to improve the working conditions of employees, including improving the conditions of stay in the workplace. In 2023, work will continue on integrating public finance management systems and introducing new methodologies and innovations.
