SAI Georgia Conducted a Training for SAI Azerbaijan

Representatives of SAI Georgia conducted a training on personal effectiveness for employees of SAI Azerbaijan.

The event was held within the framework of the Memorandum of Cooperation between the SAIs. The training was organized in the SAI Azerbaijan Office.

During the meeting, the needs of employees for professional development, principles and methods of effective training of employees were studied, as well as the difficulties that arise during the training period.

In addition, the parties discussed in detail the mechanisms for establishing communication in the organization, such as time-management and personal performance assessment.
