SAI Young Leaders’ Conference
SAI Oman hosted the SAI Young Leaders’ Conference, organized by the INTOSAI Development Initiative.
During the event, representatives from the INTOSAI Development Initiative presented the results of SAI Young Leaders Initiative for 2025. Young specialists from supreme audit institutions participated in a special training program aimed at developing SAI future leaders.
Over the course of the past year, participants gained a range of essential skills necessary for leadership in a rapidly changing environment. They learned how to effectively collaborate with others, analyzed global management trends, and became proficient in digital technologies.

The program aims to train future leaders, from young professionals who are capable of solving complex problems and improving the efficiency of their SAIs.
