XXV INCOSAI: Award Ceremonies

Traditionally, awards for contributions to the auditing community were handed out during the Congress.

The winners were: SAIs of Kenia, Latvia, the Maldives, Saudi Arabia and the African Organization of English-Speaking Supreme Audit Institutions (AFROSAI-E).

  1. The INTOSAI Future Award went to SAI Saudi Arabia.
  2. The Elmer B. Staats Award for the best article in the International Journal of Government Auditing (IJGA) went to SAI Latvia.
  3. The Kimi Makwetu Award for Excellence in Capacity Building went to the African Organization of English-Speaking Supreme Audit Institutions (AFROSAI-E).
  4. The SAI Young Leaders Awards went to SAI Kenia and SAI Maldives.
