An Employee of SAI Moldova Completed an Internship at the European Court of Auditors

SAI Moldova’s employee has successfully completed a 5-month internship program at the European Court of Auditors (ECA).

The aim of the program is to exchange experience between the supreme audit institutions for joining the European Union.

Ms. Marina Cataraga, an inspector of SAI Moldova, became the first participant of the program. During the internship, she got acquainted with the theoretical and practical aspects of the audit process, the audit strategy and methodology in the ECA. Also, during the internship, the inspector was involved in audit work together with ECA inspectors.

In addition, Ms. Kataraga had the opportunity to share her knowledge and experience with other internship participants from the SAIs of Albania, Serbia and Turkey.
