INTOSAI Development Initiative Held a Workshop on Strategy, Performance Measurement, and Reporting

June, 13 – 17, 2022, the INTOSAI Development Initiative held a knowledge-sharing workshop on the exchange of experience within the framework of the initiative “Strategy, Performance Measurement, and Reporting” (SPMR) for the representatives of the European Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (EUROSAI) and the African Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (AFROSAI).

The event was held in Oslo (Norway). The workshop was attended by 30 representatives from 10 SAIs (Azerbaijan, Botswana, Bulgaria, Eswatini, Georgia, Ghana, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, and Serbia).

During the seminar, classes were held on evaluating the effectiveness of SAIs, strategic and operational planning, monitoring the effectiveness of activities and risk management.

All participating SAIS had the opportunity to share their experiences and participate in the open discussions.
