MoU between Global Fund, Gavi and AFROSAI-E

The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (Global Fund), the Vaccine Alliance (GAVI) and the African Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions of English-Speaking Countries (AFROSAI-E) signed a Memorandum of understanding.

In accordance to the memorandum, the three organizations will facilitate the exchange of experience and knowledge related to the audit activities.

Together, the organizations will optimize the audit and accountability mechanisms in the countries of the region.

The partnership aims to improve monitoring mechanisms and develop more effective ways to strengthen GAVI-funded health systems.

This program includes 23 SAIs of the AFROSAI-E region.
