SAI Belarus Launches Public Relations Hotlines

SAI Belarus is expanding its activities in interaction with civil society.

The Regional Accounts Institutes (RAI) of Belarus regularly hold “hotlines” on various topics of interest for citizens.

Thus, the RAI of Mogilev region held a “hotline” on salary payment issues, during which everyone could report information on cases of non-compliance with the deadline for payment of wages, as well as ask a question on this topic. The RAI of the Minsk region organized a hotline on municipal solid waste management, where residents of the region could report (including anonymously) about violations in the management of municipal solid waste, about the technical condition of waste collection containers, about improper operation of landfills, as well as about the organization of separate garbage collection.
