SAI Indonesia Held an International Seminar on “Green” Economy

SAI Indonesia, with the support of the World Bank, organized a three-day international workshop on the impact of performance auditing on a Green Economy.

The purpose of the seminar is to improve the quality of performance audits, study the specifics of conducting audits of “green” economies through the exchange of experience between stakeholders.

The event was held in Jakarta under the auspices of the Indonesian Presidency of ASEAN in 2023. The workshop was attended by the highest audit authorities of ASEAN countries, as well as representatives of the INTOSAI Development Initiative, the Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP), the SDG Research Center of Padjadjaran University, and a number of other regional and international organizations.

Following the results of the seminar, the SAI of Indonesia is planning to hold a similar seminar in 2024.
