SAI of Latvia SAI Moldova Share Experience on the COVID-19 Related audits

The State Audit Office of Republic of Latvia organized an online workshop for Court of Accounts of Republic of Moldova. The aim of the workshop was to share experience in auditing measures aimed at containing the pandemic and mitigating its impact on the health and social security sector.

Since 2020, the Latvian SAI has been leading one of the project groups on counteraction COVID-19 of the European Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (EUROSAI).

In the remote mode, the experts of SAI Latvia presented to their Moldovan colleagues the past practices and results of inspections related to COVID-19, in particular in the health and social security sector.
