U-INTOSAI Privacy Policy
The University of INTOSAI (U-INTOSAI), represented by the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation, provides an online platform for the whole INTOSAI community. For U-INTOSAI the privacy and security of our website visitors, members and, respondents have paramount importance. We are adopting the data protection policies established in the general regulation of data protection given by the law of the Russian Federation and by the International law.
We comply with “Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)” or GDPR and with the Federal law of the Russian Federation “On personal data” of 27.07.2006 N 152-FZ.
The U-INTOSAI platform is committed to protecting the data you share with us.
Any information placed on the U-INTOSAI online platform or in listings (e-mail, registration, online meetings) is treated as confidential.
All information is stored securely and is accessed by authorized personnel only.
We implement and maintain appropriate technical, security measures to protect personal data against unauthorized or unlawful processing and use, and against accidental loss, destruction, damage, theft or disclosure.
All materials posted on the U-INTOSAI platform, including video materials (which are posted on the YouTube channel of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation), are published with the consent of their authors. These materials are not intended for commercial use, but are published for educational purposes only. We faithfully adhere to the principles of copyright and are ready to remove the material at the first request of the author.

All information received from respondents via online learning platform is transferred to the U-INTOSAI (texts, contacts, media files, etc.) acting by the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation and may not be shared with a third party.
Respondents answering to surveys, questioners or online forms of registration should be aware that they alone are responsible for the content of their responses.
The registration or questionnaire forms collect information such as name, organization name, email, address, phone and other relevant data. This information is used strictly by the U-INTOSAI to provide support, services, mailings, information.

Personal data processed for this purpose
Your name or username and email are necessary to create a personal account on U-INTOSAI.
Once you have created an account, you can add more information to your personal account, including a profile photo, age, gender, date of birth, country and social media contacts.
If you provide your social media ID, U-INTOSAI will process the data available on your social media accounts, including your first and last name, profile photo, date of birth, gender, email and subscriptions.
Transferring personal data to third countries and international organizations
If third parties (partners, third-party platforms) are involved in organizing the event or maintenance service (postal services, courier services or partners), your personal data will be processed in the Russian Federation and in other countries where these third parties operate.
If no third parties are involved, your personal data will only be processed in the Russian Federation.
