A delegation of Nanjing Audit University visited the Accounts Chamber of the Republic of Uzbekistan
Representatives of the SAI Uzbekistan held a meeting with a delegation of Nanjing Audit University headed by its President, Dong Birong. The meeting was also attended by O. Khakimov, Rector of Bukhara State University, and S. Mekhmonov, Vice-Rector of Tashkent State University of Economics.
During the meeting, the parties discussed cooperation in specialist training, the implementation of joint research projects, academic exchange programmes, as well as further interaction in the fields of artificial intelligence and digital audit. The participants emphasized the importance of the signed Cooperation Agreement between Nanjing Audit University, Tashkent State University of Economics and Bukhara State University.
Particular attention was paid to the training of SAI Uzbekistan’s staff in line with international standards. Two employees of SAI Uzbekistan began their master’s studies in audit at Nanjing Audit University for the 2025–2027 academic period, while two more young specialists are planned to be sent for training in 2026–2028. In addition, the parties discussed the launch of joint educational programmes with Tashkent State University of Economics and Bukhara State University in the “3+1” and “4+0” formats.
The Chinese delegation also visited the Remote Monitoring Centre at SAI Uzbekistan, where information was presented on activities in the field of remote public financial control. Following the meeting, the parties expressed their readiness to further expand cooperation and implement new joint initiatives.
