AFROSAI-E Held an Extractive Industries Workshop

In July 2022 in the city of Pretoria (South Africa) African Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions of English-Speaking Countries (AFROSAI-E) held an annual workshop on the audit of extractiveе industries.

Workshop participants reviewed the role of SAIs in supporting governments in the transition to sustainable, low-carbon energy systems.

The event was held in partnership with the INTOSAI Working Group on Audit of Extractive Industries and the SAI of Norway.
