Bilateral Meeting Between SAIs of Malta and Vietnam
A delegation of SAI Vietnam, headed by Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh, Deputy Auditor General, and accompanied by Mr. Duong Hai Hung, Vietnam’s Ambassador to Italy and Malta, held a bilateral visit to SAI Malta’s Headquaters. The delegation was greeted by Mr. Charles Deguara, Auditor General and Mr. Noel Camilleri, Deputy Auditor General, as well as other senior officials.
This occasion was the first bilateral meeting between these two supreme audit institutions and marks a pivotal moment in the collaboration between the two institutions.
The visit aims to strengthen the existing bilateral cooperation between the organizations and explore new horizons for future collaboration in the realm of public sector auditing. During the visit, discussions mainly revolved around investigative auditing.
