New HELP Course on Violence against Women Created by the Council of Europe

The new HELP course, dedicated to the problem of violence against women and domestic violence and intended for law enforcement officers, was developed jointly by the Council of Europe’s HELP Program and the Council of Europe’s Division for Gender Equality and Violence against Women. It is a detailed comprehensive practical training to improve the quality of law enforcement response to cases of violence against women and improve victims’ access to justice.
