OLACEFS Conducted a Course on Gender Equality

The Working Group on Gender Equality and Inclusivity of the Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions of Latin America and the Caribbean (OLACEFS) held a series of seminars on the elimination of gender-based violence. The event took place in Asuncion, Paraguay, August, 23-25 under the leadership of SAI Chile.

The purpose of the workshops was to present the basic framework for developing a coordinated audit and to present the matrix for planning such an audit for each participating organization.

Conducting this type of audit will help assess the impact of successful government actions to eliminate violence against women in the period 2019-2021 with an assessment of the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.
