SAI Serbia Training Center for Auditors
The First Training Center of SAI Serbia was officially opened in Belgrade. Main goal of the Center is to train auditors: it will help to build professional skills and to improve the audit products quality.
The training center for the auditor was opened with the support of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) during the implementation of the Responsible Government Project (GAI).
Over the past four years, the Responsible Government Project has provided support to SAI Serbia in important areas, such as performance measurement and monitoring of recommendations, performance audit, including training of lecturers, improving the methodology for monitoring audit results.
Moreover, the experience of American auditors in the field of risk assessment and strategic planning, data analysis, fraud risk assessment, audit quality assurance, monitoring the implementation of recommendations and communication with various stakeholders was presented to the employees of the Serbian SAI.
