Human resources management in European SAIs discussed in Luxembourg

The first meeting on human resources management in the Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs) of European countries was held in Luxembourg at the initiative of the European Court of Auditors. Participants discussed current HR challenges, including attracting and retaining talent and positioning SAIs in the labour market. Special attention was given to developing the digital competencies of staff of audit institutions, as well as to the use of artificial intelligence in HR management. The meeting was organized in the format of group workshops aimed at sharing experience. Following the event, participants emphasized the importance of strengthening international cooperation and jointly identifying solutions.
