IDI Invites to Join the IT Strategy Development Programme Under the pICTure Initiative

The INTOSAI Development Initiative (IDI) invites to join the IT Strategy Development Programme under the pICTure initiative, an IT system for planning and managing organizational resources.

The purpose of this programme is to support SAIs in strengthening their IT governance and to develop an effective strategy aimed at enhancing its performance.

All interested SAIs staff willing to participate is welcome to the program, which aims to establish best practices for managing the IT system within the organization.

This programme will cover 360-degree aspects of the IT Landscape. IDI’s experts will handhold and guide the SAI team to ensure the successful implementation of the SAIs IT transformation process.

The program will assess the current IT maturity of the SAI. Further, the ICT Strategy will be outlined based on the SAI context. A roadmap will be defined to implement different strategic and transformation initiatives.

IDI will select six SAIs from INTOSAI English-speaking INTOSAI regions for participation in this program.

The deadline for the submission is February 13, 2025.
